CDK Construction Services was tasked with the complete renovation and development of Vue on Harvard, delivering a fully upgraded property from exterior to interior. Key elements of the project included the installation of a full building envelope cladding system designed to improve durability and aesthetics, along with modern railing systems and gates for both safety and design continuity. The comprehensive work also involved the implementation of custom lighting packages, updated plumbing, and high-quality concrete work throughout the site. CDK further handled the installation of clear, attractive signage, roofing systems, and new EV charging stations to accommodate sustainable living standards.

Interior finishes were carefully selected to align with the building’s updated style, while waterproofing measures were employed to enhance the building’s longevity. The team also incorporated pavers and landscaping elements to complement the outdoor spaces. CDK’s diligent coordination brought the project through to Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) and then to Certificate of Occupancy (CoO), ensuring that every detail met regulatory requirements and client expectations.
