The renovation project encompassed a comprehensive overhaul of a four-story, fourteen (14) unit multi-family building’s envelope. The project involved select rot damage remediation, siding removal and replacement, all newly installed WRB, windows, skywall, sliding glass doors, select swing doors, deck and railing, upgraded lighting, select roofing, full exterior painting, plus downspouts and gutters. The face of the building was updated with a new look by replacing a four-story glass block wall with vinyl trim exterior windows.
