Seismic upgrades to select areas of existing building including shotcrete walls to classrooms, corridors and the cafeteria. Additional wood framed seismic upgrades to one side of select corridor walls on two floors of the building. The work was phased and performed over two summers.

Construct a new fire sprinkler system including underground fire service connection and interior finish work, electrical and mechanical work, replace potable hot water recirculation lines, replace rooftop skylights, modify limited fire alarm system, and hazardous material abatement.

Install a new wet and dry fire sprinkler; construct underground excavation, restoration, piping work, interior finish restoration, limited electrical and fire alarm system modifications.
